Amaranthus caudatus ‘Love lies bleeding’

A reliable annual that adds a touch of the tropics to an exotic garden. It is best grown from seed early in the year and will quickly form a bushy plant with large leaves and long dropping crimson tassle-like racemes of small flowers throughout summer and autumn. It will likely need staking as the flower tassles can make the plant top heavy.
